Welcome to all my nonsense

So here's a little nonsense for you.  I'm allergic to eggs so I decided to raise my own chickens.  My idea was to raise them on organic food and letting them freerange daily.  These wonderful eggs are even worse for my allergies.  Thankfully the neighbors love the eggs and at $2.00 a dozen, the eggs cover the cost of feed.  So now I'm learning how to bake and cook without out eggs, and still have a terrific finished product that everyone will love.  I plan on posting my success and failures on the Eggless Cooking Blog.
